Three flames against a black background

Produced and Hosted by Andrew Tsao

About Season One

Camp fire

June to November 2024

In Tending the Fire, creative professional Andrew Tsao explores the origins, nature and aspects of what we call the creative fire. How do we manage it? What sustains it? What are the obstacles it faces?

Over the first season, discover the how to nurture and develop your personal creative spark into a fire, the societal and cultural influences that can enable or stifle creativity in individuals, and the implications of both for you.

Also, meet a prehistoric nomadic tribe who must go on a arduous journey to find a new dwelling place while tending their most precious resource, fire itself.

Three initial episodes will be available monthly from June to November 2024 and are designed to be heard in sequence. Episodes 4, 5 and 6 will be presented in early 2025.

Regular blog posts on this site will enhance the episodes as well and we encourage your comments on our Facebook page.
